Residential consultations include preliminary off-site work and a site visit of up to two hours. I provide a brief verbal report on the day and will email/mail a full written report within 10 days. The report includes recommendations for the exterior of the house as well as inside and is personalised for the occupants, based on their year of birth. I always include a follow-up contact a couple of weeks later to talk about whether my recommendations are having an effect. If needed, I may be able to make further suggestions at that time. The follow-up can be by phone, email, Skype or Zoom, whichever you prefer. Please provide the following before the site visit:

• An A4 size floor plan indicating all windows, doors and internal walls. If there is more than one level, the plan for each floor should be on a separate page.
• The full street address
• The construction year of the building
• Details and of any major renovations (and the year they were done).
• Date of birth of the occupants

If needed, I may make further suggestions at that time. Please provide the following before the site visit:

• An A4 size floor plan indicating all windows, doors and internal walls. If there is more than one level, the plan for each level should be on a separate page.
• The full street address
• The construction year of the building
• Details and of any major renovations (and the year they were done).
• Date of birth of the business owner (and other staff for whom birth date analysis is required)

Pre Purchase Appraisal

Have you found a property you like and can can afford but are not sure if it will be a good home for you? I will provide an off-site appraisal of the pros and cons of the property for you. As I will not be visiting the property it is essential that I have the full street address, a detailed floor plan, the year the building was constructed, the date of any major renovations and clear photos of the building from the street and from the back.

Annual Update

While the long-term energy pattern in your home or office is fixed, Annual and Monthly energy cycles also have an impact. Thus, short term adjustments to the use of space and the placement of remedies may need to be made. The Annual Update includes detailed analysis of the Annual visiting energy as well as the visiting energy for each Month. Annual Updates are available from November and need to be implemented in early February.
